How to request a refund:

Using the order number found in your electronic receipt, please contact the account manager whom dealt with your order, and quote the number found in the top right-hand corner of your e-receipt. This will help us to identify the order and issue the refund correctly. The following guide will help determine the nature of the entitled refund:

Returns Due to Product Errors / Defects

    • Name Badges Direct will replace any product that is determined by the customer to be defective if the following conditions are met:
      a) We are notified within 90 days of shipment; and
      b) We are able to inspect defective product for evaluation.
    • Name Badges Direct will send replacement product at our expense.
    • Name Badges Direct will not arrange for pickup of defective product.

Returns Due to Customer Request

  • All factory printed product is not exchangeable and/or returnable.
  • Customers may return full or partial orders of blank product for full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
    a) Name Badges Direct are notified within 45 days of shipment
    b) The product is returned to us by the customer within 30 days of the call to Name Badges Direct; and
    c) The components are still in original packaging.
