How fast will the badges arrive?

Our lead times are measured from the moment you have finalised your badge design. We offer three tiers of service:

  • 6-9 working days = no additional fee
  • 4-5 working days (priority recorded courier) = £5.99 extra per order
  • 2-3 working days (highest priority printing and shipping) = £45.00 extra per order
Is there a minimum order

Yes. Unlike our standard badges, reusable badges have a minimum order quantity of 30.

What size are the badges?

Our reusable badges are available in a single size – 70mm x 42mm. The transparent window area (to display the name) will accommodate a slip of paper 60mm x 15mm. These dimensions cannot be altered.

When and how do I pay for the badges?

An invoice will be raised the same day your badge template is finalised. Payment is due within 30 days of that date (no need to pay before the badges ship). We accept BACS, credit/debit card and paypal (details will be on the invoice).

What colours are available? What about Pantone colours?

We can print almost any colour imaginable, including Pantone. However, please note that colour reproduction is tricky and therefore slight variation may occur (this is industry standard). The number of colours does not affect the price.

Magnetic Badge FasteningMagnetic Fastenings: Designed to eliminate any damage to your shirt or clothing and to attach to almost anywhere, the magnetic fitting is a quick and easy fitting for your badge. Simply remove the metal plate and place behind the material for the magnet to attach. Warning, magnetic fittings should not be used if the wearer has any sensitive medical devices. Allergy advice; our magnetic fastenings are made of zinc-plated steel and do not contain nickel or cobalt.

 

Steel Pin: Durable metal pin contained within a molded Pin Badge Fasteningplastic jacket set onto the reverse of the badge. These fastenings are the name badge standard, complimentary with all badge purchases.
