How fast will the badges arrive?

Our lead times are measured from the moment you have finalised your badge design and submitted all your staff details. We offer three tiers of service:

  • 6-9 working days = no additional fee
  • 4-5 working days (priority recorded courier) = £5.99 extra per order
  • 2-3 working days (highest priority printing and shipping) = £45.00 extra per order
Can I order a single name badge when a new member of staff joins?

Yes, however our badge prices become cheaper when your order more badges. The quote form will help clarify the cost of individual badges.

What size are the badges?

We can do any size, within reason. The absolute minimum width of a badge is 50mm – otherwise the fastenings will not fit. Requests for printed name badges larger than 75mm x 35mm will incur an appropriate additional fee – typically 30p per badge

When and how do I pay for the badges?

An invoice will be raised the same day you send us your staff’s details. Payment is due within 30 days of that date (no need to pay before the badges ship). We accept BACS, credit/debit card and paypal (details will be on the invoice).

How do I send you the names of all my staff?

A simple spreadsheet will suffice. Names in one column, titles in the adjacent column.

What colours are available? What about Pantone colours?

We can print almost any colour imaginable, including Pantone. However, please note that colour reproduction is tricky and therefore slight variation may occur (this is industry standard). The number of colours does not affect the price.
